My name is Brian Collier. I am a 22-year old Artistic Director with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County. My office is at the Creative Arts Unit which is the only Club in the nation that is strictly performing arts programming. Within my job, I direct original musicals, prepare members for performances, teach drama classes, etc. I am responsible for all the arts programming in the organization. I have been in my position for a little over a year now and am looking to expand our arts programming into our 11 other Boys & Girls Clubs in Broward County. I attended the Connecticut School of Broadcasting where I was certified as a professional broadcaster in 2002. I actually used to be a Boys & Girls Clubs member so I came up through the ranks. Now I have a chance to give back to the youth the experiences I got all year long for an annual fee of $15. Incredible.
