I decided to pursue a career in mortgage lending 9 years ago. For the past four years, I have specialized in investor financing. Obtaining financing, whether it is purchasing or refinancing doesn't have to be an overwhelming experience. I believe in making my client's needs and goals the number one thing that I use to model each client's unique financing plan, and by staying abreast of the new products that are constantly being brought to market I am able to ensure my clients will always be receiving the best program for their specific situation.
