 Profile
Since 1998 I have been helping individuals and corporations reach their highest potential. I have a deep passion for learning and development and believe corporate vitality is dependent on our ability to change and adapt while paradoxically following with faith the deepest of held values.
As an Organizational Development professional I have worked on large scale projects that have resulted in substantial cost savings and increased revenue. For example, with Qwest Communications, Inc. I supported the redevelopment and deployment of a new billing statement (IT Department) and a workflow prioritization project (Finance Department). In addition, I have extensive experience with organizational change, culture mapping, climate surveys, and providing leadership training and executive coaching.
I am currently the Director of Organizational Development for Nelnet and previous OD positions include: The manager of a corporate university for Intrado; a consultant and senior Instructional Designer for Qwest Communications; and a manager of Instructional Design for the Daniels College of Business. I highlight these positions because they illustrate the range and depth that I am capable of working at in an organization.
I am certified in Insights, a Jungian personality profile similar to the MBTI. I am also certified in the first day of the Robinson Performance Consulting Model and additionally have training in a “whole systems” model of performance consulting through Boyle and Associates. I have professional development in Behavioral, Gestalt, Organizational, and Developmental Psychology.
I am an accredited life-coach from the Coaches Training Institute and have a Masters degree from the University of Denver in Management with an emphasis on Organizational Development.
