"This business/this owner is IMPOSSIBLE to contact . She and her company are not listed on any phone list. They are not listed with the Better Business Bureau. She sells jewelry and claims to provide excellent customer service. I'm not sure how that is possible when she does not return emails and there is no way to phone her. I recommend that you purchase your jewelry elsewhere."
