1-Doing real estate inspections in Palm Beach County for over 15 years, has given us an extensive knowledge of our county.
2-Our inspectors are certified by at least 2 national agencies, NIBI (National Institute of Building Inspectors), ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors), NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), FABI (Florida Association of Building Inspectors).
Each inspector is required to complete 30 hours of continuing education every year.
WDO (Wood Destroying Organisms) certification is also required.
3-$1,000,000.00 (Errors & Omissions) Protection Insurance. This insurance is for your Client and any referring agency.
4-The person paying the bill (it may be the buyer or the seller) is our Client. Our total responsibility and loyalty is too given to our Client ONLY.
