Executive with more than 15 years of experience managing and leading within diverse corporate environments. Background extends to expertise in developing and heading the Human Resource and Organizational Development functions in both start-ups and fortune 1000 companies, including CyberTrader, Apple Computer and Charles Schwab.
Prior to founding August Communications Consulting in 2006, Chris Dittus spent several years as a member of Senior Management, supporting the CEO of CyberTrader as Chief of Staff and Director of Corporate Communications and Executive Projects.
Ms. Dittus is a member of SHRM and a certified Professional in Human Resources, a certified DDI facilitator, a member of the American Society for Training & Development, the Institute of Management Consultants, as well as a member in good standing with the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau of Central Texas.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech from the University of Texas in Austin and completed the Human Resource Management Program at the University of Texas subsequent to receiving her undergraduate degree.
