R-Wild Horse Ranch is a privately owned 14,080 acre Recreational facility located 40 miles west of Red Bluff, CA. Owners enjoy horseback riding, hunting, fishing, camping, 4 wheeling, ATVing and much more. This is not a time share. Come as often as you like or stay for up to 30 days. Cabins or Motel Rooms can be reserved for up to 2 weeks, or leave your own RV on site for up to 90 days. R-Ranch is managed by a Home Owners Association and is real deeded property. Annual assessments are presently $700 and include all access to horses, covered riding arena, 4500 acres dedicated to horse trails only, 8000 acres of hunting wilderness, shooting & archery ranges, ATV area, lodges, pools, store, snack bar, cabins, RV and camp sites. Motel fees are $15 for owners per night and Horse Boarding is available. Shares are presently for sale. Please see our website to make arrangements for your free sales tour.

"If you have always dreamed of having your own horse ranch with your own string of trail horses, this is he place for you. Your dream can come true for 2500 bucks (and 800 per year). The setting is gorgeous, the horses well cared for and ready to go. if you don't feel like riding you can lounge by the pool with a view of the distant mountains. Hike in wilderness or have a steak dinner at the club house. This place has it all, not to mention fishing, hunting, and ATV trails. "

"This place is a fun place. My family has been going there since 1982 or so. Facilities are clean and comfortable. This is an incredible value for what you get (if you use it at least one week a year since the maintenance fee is about $700/year) and the people are great there. A pretty amazing deal for families considering what you get out there for vacation experiences. You would spend $700 at disneyland for a couple days. We spend March 28-30, 2008 there and it was spectacular--in 24 hour"   more...
