*Flat fee generally includes review of contract, correspondence concerning attorney modification and home inspection issues, coordination of closing, obtaining documentation for closing, document preparation, attendance at closing, and post-closing follow up. Fee applies to purchase or sale of single-family homes within a limited geographical area. Final fee arrangements must be confirmed at the time the attorney is retained. Contract preparation is optional at $150.00. Cancelled transaction fee is $150.00. Please note the attorney may also participate in title revenues at no additional cost to the client.
