| Stuart Reb Donald is the Executive Chef at Mars Hill Café in Mobile, AL and a freelance food writer living in Mobile, AL. His work has appeared both online, most recently as a regular contributor to the Well Fed Network (wellfed.net) and in print including recurrent columns in 'Zalea and Current (both part of Advance Publications). Donald is a 20 year veteran of the food industry who performs live cooking demonstrations for Chef Team and has penned the cookbook Amigeauxs - Mexican/Creole Fusion Cuisine available from 4star.net.
