"I ordered a textbook for a class for my MBA program. The book was slow to ship and when it finally arrived It was the wrong book! I tried to call the phone number printed on the shipping docs: 773-474-8835 and received a message as follows "the subscriber you have dialed is not in service" (which is indicative that it could be a mobile phone number) "

"On April 15th I placed an order for a TomTom 920 GPS. I contacted them and asked if I could expect it before our trip - ie. before April the 23rd. They told me it should arrive in plenty of time. I e-mailed and asked for a tracking number and was given one from USPS - saying it was not shipped yet. On the 29th of April I contacted them and let them know it still had yet to arrive, and was given an excuse as to why it had yet to ship.
