Thank you for visiting my site. I am the mother of 2 young children and work in the medical field. I am also a former ballet dancer and I currently teach ballet because I love the art of dance. I am an information junkie. I love to learn and have a wide variety of interests. I love history and enjoy traveling.
My background in ballet led me to an interest in organic foods, supplements, etc. and the fact that I am now a mother, my children's health is of great importance to me....keeping their immune systems strong and developing healthy eating habits, etc.
