"We used Novation and Ken in May 2009. I highly recommend this company and Ken. There were no surprises, and no charges for an application or credit check. Mr. Cook is Honest, very knowledgable (with his own talk show), and also gives mortgage advice in a mortgage forum. This is how I found him. The rate we got for an FHA Streamline Refinance was lower than Wells Fargo, Ditech, Quicken, and many others.
