I have marketed a number of business opportunity programs successfully, but I was always felt that the emphasis on the “Opportunity” outweighed the value of the “Product”. Let’s face it, the value of a bunch of E-books and outdated software only goes so far. Compensation for these programs, usually a 1-up or 2-up of some kind, only left most people unsatisfied and ready to move on to the next latest and greatest opportunity fad. Those types of systems do not work long term because they don’t promote team work. Why teach someone your best marketing skill sets when they will be your competition as soon as they qualify?
