Profile
Albert F. Quintrall Born in Torrance, California in 1946, Mr. Quintrall received his preparatory education in Southern California and attended the University of California, Irvine (B.A. 1968) and California Western School of Law (J.D. 1973). He is licensed to practice law before the State Courts of California (1973), the United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern and Eastern Districts of California (1973) and the United States Supreme Court (1978).
In 1973, Mr. Quintrall founded his law practice in San Diego, California concentrating in the area of construction law, particularly credit and collections and mechanic’s lien law. The practice expanded throughout the years to include offices throughout the State of California. Mr. Quintrall has tried hundreds of civil trials in state and federal courts. Quintrall & Associates’ client base is composed primarily of subcontractors of all trades, material suppliers, and equipment rental companies. He has conducted hundreds of arbitration matters and has been appointed as an arbitrator on the construction panel of the American Arbitration Association.
In addition to being a member of the State Bar of California, the United States District Courts in California, the United States Supreme Court and an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, Mr. Quintrall is also an associate member of the American Subcontractors Association, Building Industry Association, Associated Builders and Contractors, Construction Financial Management Association, California Rental Association and various other trade and industry-related associations.
Mr. Quintrall is the Senior Partner in the law firm of QUINTRALL & ASSOCIATES, LLP, a California Limited Liability Partnership, with offices throughout California. In addition to being senior partner of the law firm, Mr. Quintrall is also the founder and principle shareholder of PROLIEN Services, LLC, specializing in the research, preparation and service of Preliminary Notices, Mechanic’s Liens, Stop Notices and other construction industry documents.
Mr. Quintrall is a frequent lecturer on the topic of Mechanic’s Lien Law and Construction Collections, conducting full-day comprehensive seminars and workshops in addition to appearing before trade associations and other industry-related groups throughout the United States.
