Hello. My name is Cseng Lim and I operate EAST&URBAN, a brand consultancy firm that specialises in Branding 2.0:
1. Developing and applying New Marketing and Web2.0 in business.
2. Developing an engaging corporate culture to deliver the brand promise.
3. Ensuring you owned a compelling brand experience via an audit.
My background is in engineering where I have worked for Agilent Technologies/HP, Seagate and Komag (now WD). After a few years in the line, I find engineering to be a bit boring (at least in my country) which then I switch my career to consulting by joining the corporate advisory division of Horwath - Kuala Lumpur, part of Horwath International.
I began EAST&URBAN is 2004 as a boutique firm that specialised in systematic and methodical approach to branding as opposed to the creative/advertising process.
I have served small to mid-sized companies, largely local brands in Malaysia and I have published a number of articles, given talks in conference and seminars and briefly appeared in a television segment about business to speak on branding.
