NO!!! ;) Seriously though, we try to respond to all emails as quickly as possible. We almost always respond within 24 hours even if it is a weekend or we have an emergency that takes us out of the office

If at any time Subscriber is unsatisfied with the product or service provided, it is Subscriber’s responsibility to notify Company to allow Company to rectify any problems or to cancel the Subscription. A membership that is still within the given trial period may be refunded to the client in the case where the Web Detective Pro service malfunctions, is not accessible to the client, or the client is unsatisfied with the service. As the Subscription is provided on a month-to-month basis, it is Subscriber’s responsibility to notify Company prior to payment of monthly fees. Payment of ongoing monthly fees signifies Subscriber’s satisfaction with the Subscription, previous months billing, and all products and services provided to that point.

WEB DETECTIVE PRO: ADDITIONAL PRIVACY PROCEDURES - Privacy procedures specific to a Razoreye Media Service can be found on a Razoreye Media Site at the location of the particular Razoreye Media Service, or in additional terms referenced at such Razoreye Media Site. Those procedures are an addendum to this policy, and are provided to you at the place where they will be of most use and relevance to you.
For email and email newsletter campaigns, Company will provide you with the text, graphics and subjects lines for your use in such campaigns. Prior to starting each and any type of new email or email newsletter campaign promoting Company's services, Affiliate MUST forward a copy of the email or email newsletter to Company for Company's approval. Until Affiliate has been notified that Affiliate's request to send the email or email newsletters is approved, Affiliate agrees not to conduct any type of emailing relating to Company's services.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. Company has in place certain legally mandated procedures regarding allegations of copyright infringement occurring on the Sites or with the Service. Company has adopted a policy that provides for the immediate suspension and/or termination of any Sites or Service user who is found to have infringed on the rights of Company or of a third party, or otherwise violated any intellectual property laws or regulations. Company's policy is to investigate any allegations of copyright infringement brought to its attention.
