Chicago native and loan originator, Vincent M. Rosanova is the President and CEO of Redmond Mortgage Company Inc., and the owner-operator of its two Washington offices. Vince Rosanova has a very strong background in financial services and banking, possessing over 24 years in banking and nearly 20 years in mortgage lending.
Vincent Rosanova directly credits his past experiences as an appraiser, corporate banker, and construction lender for his well-rounded knowledge of the financial services industry, as well as for his success as an originator. For three years, Mortgage Originator Magazine distinguished Vincent Rosanova as one of the top originators in Washington state, and the same well-respected publication declared him a mortgage “superstar” in its December 1996 issue.
Mr. Rosanova founded Redmond Mortgage Company Inc. in June 1989 with the help of a former business partner. Today, Vincent Rosanova oversees the mortgage originations of both offices, splitting his time between the two locales. As the executive manager, Vincent Rosanova is extremely vigilant about meeting customer needs, and by repeatedly working with the same escrow and title vendors, Rosanova has been able to streamline the loan application and submission process and eliminate many of the delays that prolong the approval process.
Due to the firm’s dedication to its clients and Vincent Rosanova’s involvement in community organizations—such as the Issaquah Chamber of Commerce—Redmond Mortgage Company Inc. has successfully grown its customer base through word-of-mouth advertising to the extent that the majority of its new clients are all referral-based, making cold-calling obsolete.
Vincent Rosanova is a war veteran, a graduate of Pierce College, and a member of both the National Association of Mortgage Brokers and Kiwanis, an international organization dedicated to the security, education, and advancement of children worldwide.
