| Attorney Toneata L. Martocchio has been practicing law in Northern California since 1988. Ms. Martocchio received her B.A. in political science from San Francisco State University in 1983, graduating Summa Cum Laude and third in her class with a 3.93 GPA. She received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings in 1987, and finished in the top third of her class. Following her graduation from UC Hastings, Martocchio accepted a position with Gassett, Perry & Frank of San Jose and Santa Cruz, CA, where she served as a law clerk before being promoted to Associate Attorney who worked mainly on insurance coverage disputes. Toneata Martocchio left Gassett, Perry & Frank in 1990 to open her own practice, The Law Office of Toneata Martocchio, which served several counties around the San Francisco Bay Area. At her firm, Ms. Martocchio was the sole attorney, taking on a wide variety of cases, including personal injury, civil suits, rental disputes, and business litigation. Ms. Martocchio left her practice in 2004 to work at the Law Office of Randy Thomas in Woodbridge, CA, where she specialized in both criminal and civil litigation. In addition to her legal practice, Toneata Martocchio has been the sole proprietor of Parkview Properties since 1991. Parkview Properties is a real estate investment company specializing in acquisitions, restorations and management of both commercial and residential properties. Toneata Martocchio and Parkview Properties currently maintain a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio with properties located throughout the Bay Area, Central Valley and Foothills areas of Northern California, as well as the coastal area of Southern Oregon. When she is not working, Toneata keeps busy volunteering for the Copperopolis, CA Parks & Recreation department, and is a licensed private pilot. She also coaches cheerleading for the AMA Bullfrogs junior varsity team, and enjoys hiking, camping, boating, snowboarding, tennis, and dressage, and equestrian events.
