| Sally Erickson is a licensed mental health counselor and a certified addictions counselor at Serenity Center in Altamonte Springs, FL. Erickson has been in private practice for over 15 years where she provides counseling for individuals, couples, and groups. Erickson also provides personnel training and personal enrichment workshops that are focused on customer service, stress management, and interpersonal skills. While at Serenity Center, Erickson developed group formats and workshops to continue to enhance a person’s life in any way she can. Sally Erickson has a broad range of clients from all economic and educational backgrounds. Since 1990, Erickson has conducted a minimum of one group per week with groups as large as 16. Erickson attended Warner Southern College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned her B.A. in organizational management in 1995. Erickson continued her education by obtaining a Master’s degree in community counseling from Rollins College, where she graduated with honors in 2000. While attending graduate school, Sally Erickson worked at Lakeside Alternatives, a non-profit mental health facility, in Winter Park, Florida, where she designed, planned and implemented dual diagnosis groups, anger management groups, children's groups, and women's issues groups. Erickson's group attendance increased from 3 participants to 15, where new attendees were voluntary participants, resulting in additional revenue for Lakeside Alternatives. Counselor Sally Erickson has a strong background in business management where she has developed operational policies including client screening, orientation, disclosure statements, and counseling contracts. She also manages business operations, including administrative, facilities, and finances.
