| Mr. Chesley P. Rafferty was born and raised in Western Australia’s city of Perth. He began high school at Chisholm Catholic College in 1992, where he excelled in not just academics, but school activities as well. Rafferty was a part of the hockey team and the swimming team, and was also a member of the Senior Debating Club. In 1995, Rafferty was chosen to be Chisholm’s Student Exchange Representative to France. Chesley also found time to be one the lead roles in the school production of the “Wizard of Oz.” Upon completing his high school diploma, Chesley Rafferty began to attend Murdoch University in Perth, Western Australia. At Murdoch, he studied both commerce and social ecology, for a Bachelor’s Degree through to 1999. In 2000, Rafferty began to attend Notre Dame University, where he studied to receive his Bachelor of Law. Chesley Rafferty also held the title as Director of Marketing at CPR Marketing based in Perth, Australia. He began in 2001, and was responsible for all of the marketing of CPR’s programs and products including the publishing program; advertising and promotion, management of design and production of institution advertising and printed projects, electronic marketing, direct mail, market research, creating media sponsorship and promotional partnerships. Prior to his current position with CPR Marketing, Chesley also served as the Sales Manager for Messages On Hold Australia, the industry leader in the provision of audio marketing to customer waiting on hold. Rafferty began in 1998, and was so successful with the company while managing ten Sales Account Executives that he was honored as the Employee of the Year. He is also very involved in his community and a supporter of Greenpeace and donates to Surf Life Saving Australia. Rafferty also volunteers his time whenever possible to Manna Industries, a charity kitchen devoted to serving meals to the hungry and disadvantaged.
