A successful engagement and wedding photographer from the Orlando suburb of Winter Park, Florida, Mr. Brian Adams and his associate photographers shoot more than 40 local and destination weddings a year all across the country and around the world. Since starting his photography business, Brian Adams PhotoGraphics, Inc., in 2002, Mr. Adams has captured weddings in places as far away as The Bahamas Fairbanks, New Haven, Las Vegas, Boston, New York, and New Orleans. Much of his work, however, keeps him in Florida, where he travels to Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, St. Petersburg, Pensacola, Key West, and other cities in the Sunshine State to photograph memorable occasions. Mr. Adams thoroughly enjoys his work as the owner and lead photographer of his photography company and sums up his artistic philosophy in, “The best photographs are those that capture human emotions in their natural form.”
Brian Adams’ realistic, yet classically artistic, work has been seen on such popular television shows as Larry King Live, The Oprah Winfrey Show, ABC News, and Good Morning America and has even appeared in The Knot magazine. In addition, Mr. Adams’ photograph “Kelly's Journey” was the 2007 Member's Choice Award Winner at the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts in Tampa, FL. Additionally, Mr. Adams is in good standing with of the PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International), and he is the Co-Leader of the Orlando Pictage User Group (PUG).
Brian Adams attended the University of Tampa, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He was on both the varsity swimming and crew team and graduated in 1999. Mr. Adams was able to use his aptitude for photography to become a successful photographer within a very short period following his graduation.
In his spare time, Brian Adams enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the cinema, reading (his favorite authors are Tim Ferris and Michael Crichton), and traveling. He also partakes in community service, donating his time and photographs to such causes as the Hillsborough County Homeless Commission in Tampa, FL and to baby Faybree Jane, a 6-month-old baby girl with a double lung transplant.
