| Christopher Zockoll resides in Henderson, Nevada, where he works hard on multiple entrepreneurial projects. After receiving his Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and English at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1974, Zockoll instructed high school students both inside and outside the classroom for six years as a teacher, football coach, and baseball coach. In addition to his teaching and coaching career, Christopher Zockoll was synchronously a student at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he studied for his Master's degree in Education and graduated in 1979. After receiving his credentials, Christopher Zockoll began working in the life insurance industry as an agent for the Brawley, California branch of Beneficial Life of Utah in 1980. In 1982, Zockoll moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, and in the same year, he was designated Beneficial Life's "New Agent of the Year.” Steadily moving up within the company, Christopher Zockoll was appointed as an interim manager in 1983 and then hired on as a permanent manager in 1984. Between 1984 and 1996, Zockoll's Las Vegas Beneficial Life office obtained the highest production company-wide for the Beneficial Life Insurance Company, and in 1996, he was awarded "Agent of the Year" and "Manager of the Year.” Christopher Howard Zockoll left Beneficial Life in 1999 and began his own project in real estate development. Since 2000, Zockoll has built the Zockoll Professional Building, Zockoll Building II, and Zockoll Building III, which are all located in Henderson, Nevada. Christopher Zockoll contributes to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which dates back to the 1800s and is still going strong today with over 10 million church memberships. In the midst building several real estate projects in Hawaii, California, and Mexico, Zockoll stays active by bike riding, researching World War II history, and reading the scriptures. Some of the future projects Zockoll has planned include a Calico Ridge development in Henderson, Nevada and building two homes in Lake Las Vegas, Nevada.
