? Profile

After reaching great heights at Direct Campaign Solutions, Paul Pelletier joined the U.S. Navy after 9/11 and was called to serve in Iraq as a Civil Affairs Officer. During his Navy career, LT Pelletier was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal twice and nominated for a third -- unprecedented for an Ensign. In the midst of Pelletier’s exemplary service, the Navy alleged that Paul J. Pelletier wore a rank he had not yet earned, but due to a lack of evidence, all charges against Lieutenant Pelletier were dropped.

Lt. Paul J. Pelletier’s career path has led him to become a part of numerous professional organizations, including the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Toastmasters International, and the Reserve Officers Association.

Paul J. Pelletier’s professional career spans more than 15 years and includes time at The White House, owning his own political and nonprofit fundraising management consulting company, and a position in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Paul Pelletier realized his career path in college and has since put his degrees to use in his various positions.

In October 2000, Mr. Paul Pelletier began his education at Indiana University Center of Philanthropy, where he studied Fundraising Management and recently earned his Certificate in Fundraising Management. At the same time, Mr. Pelletier was a Political Science major at Columbus University in New Orleans, where he received his Bachelor’s degree.

Paul Pelletier also attended The George Washington University and received an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Political Psychology. Delving deeper into the world of politics, Mr. Pelletier has also earned a MPM (Masters in Political Management) from Regent University.

Paul J. Pelletier has served as a Deputy Special Assistant to the President at The White House for more than a year and later became the President and Owner of Virginia-based Direct Campaign Solutions. Paul J. Pelletier held his position at Direct Campaign Solutions for nearly 15 years.

"The charges against LT Pelletier were never dropped, and in fact additional charges were made against him and he was dishonorably discharged from the Navy. In additon, LT Pelletier was not a "Civil Affairs Officer" in the United States Navy, he was a Public Affairs Officer. The Navy doesn't officially have Civil Affairs Officers.
