Profile
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mile High Investors, LLC, Jeffrey Lavenhar is directly responsible for the company’s successes and failures on a day-to-day basis. Of course, Jeff’s over two decades of business and law experience aid him greatly in the execution of his duties at the real estate investment and development firm, and during his tenure, the firm has experienced average revenue growth in excess of 300% per annum for almost a decade.
Jeffrey Lavenhar earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Alfred University in Alfred, New York. While studying philosophy and business at this institution, he proved a capable and industrious student, earning a spot on the Dean's List six out of the eight semesters he was there and graduating cum laude. Later, Jeffrey Lavenhar attended St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas where, while working toward his Juris Doctorate (J.D.), he became an Associate Editor of the St. Mary's Law Journal, the most consulted law journal of all law schools in the State of Texas. Notably, some of the scholarly articles on class actions that Lavenhar published have been cited in national publications and case law.
Professionally, Mr. Lavenhar is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Colorado Association of Home Builders, the Colorado Association of Not-For-Profit Organizations, and GuideStar. Jeff has a deep and long-standing commitment to philanthropy, and he is a regular donor to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, United Way, and The Adoption Exchange. Mr. Jeffrey Lavenhar currently resides in Colorado with his family.
