| With nearly a decade’s worth of experience in executive search and over three decades of experience in private medical practice, Dr. John Goldener brings a tremendous skill set to his role as President and Owner of Goldener Executive Search Associates. Established by Dr. John Goldener in 2003, Goldener Executive Search Associates focuses on placing talented medical doctors and experienced scientific researchers in high-level executive positions throughout the domestic and international pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Dr. John Goldener maintains a wide number of connections in the healthcare field and is an active member of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, the American College of Physician Executives, and the American Academy of Pharmaceutical Physicians, among other noteworthy institutions. Formerly, Dr. John Goldener served as the head of Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line. In this capacity, Dr. John Goldener directly managed the work of eight physicians and a support staff of more than 50 qualified professionals. Dr. John Goldener also formerly served as Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at Lankenau Hospital in suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his tenure as the Head of Pediatrics, Dr. John Goldener ushered in a number of important new technologies, including the area’s first Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery. Immediately prior to beginning his career in executive search, Dr. John Goldener co-founded the Main Line Multispecialty Group. Dr. John Goldener is an alumnus of the Georgetown University School of Medicine. While at Georgetown, Dr. Goldener was a recipient of the school’s Boyden Trust Scholarship for outstanding educational achievement. In 1996, Dr. John Goldener added to his substantial medical education with an MMM degree (Master of Medical Management) from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. John Goldener relaxes by reading, gardening, and cooking with friends and family. Dr. Goldener also enjoys practicing the art of photography.
