Personal Details -
A former sprinter, Roger Jenkins studied economics in Edinburgh, Scotland, earning a BA from Heriot Watt University. In 1994 he gained employment at Barclays as Head of Structured Capital Markets. He has become well known as an expert in the area of international tax law.
In 1999, while working out at an upscale London health club ,he became acquainted with Diana, an economics student who had fled her native Bosnia. The couple got married and have two children, ages four and seven. Roger Jenkins spends his time traveling between London, California and the Gulf states, as their family home is in Malibu, California.
