J. Brown Realty Development founder Steve Kipuros, Jr. brandishes over twenty years of experience in leadership roles in a variety of industries. Steve Kipuros served as President of his first company, PTM Telecommunication Services, from 1985 to 1997. Steve Kipuros founded J. Brown Realty Development in 1997, where his Real Estate expertise helps provide Boston, Massachusetts with quality homes, condominiums, and subdivisions. Steve Kipuros' involvement in J. Brown Realty Development is all-encompassing. As a Licensed Unrestricted Residential and Commercial Construction Supervisor, Kipuros manages numerous building projects and is responsible for all phases of construction. Steve Kipuros generates schedules and budgets for all projects, and handles land negotiations and contracts. These responsibilities allow Kipuros to maintain a long-term rapport with other Real Estate professionals throughout the Boston area, as well as his own community. Steve Kipuros earned his Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from Boston University. After graduating from Boston University, Steve Kipuros took professional development classes at the M.I.T. Center for Real Estate Studies. His training in Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Markets, and Real Estate Commercial Development, as well as his Real Estate Broker License, give Kipuros the necessary skills to grow J. Brown Real Estate Development. Kipuros continues to use his leadership experience and knowledge of sales and communication to expand J. Brown Real Estate Development. He is also working towards a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the Urban Land Institute and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University. A career filled with academic and professional success has enabled Steve Kipuros to maintain many affiliations, including the National Association of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and National Home Builders Association. When not working, Kipuros may be found applying his passion for Real Estate through volunteer efforts with Habitat for Humanity.
