A member of the State Bars of New York, Nevada, and Connecticut since 1988, Mr. Dominic Magliarditi has practiced in corporate, real estate, securities and tax law extensively in New York City and Las Vegas. Focusing on property development, Dominic Magliarditi currently serves as the President of DII Capital, Inc., a private real estate development company he founded in 2002. Dominic Magliarditi’s legal background enables him to lead clients through all stages of property development as efficiently and quickly as possible. Dominic Magliarditi manages acquisitions and development due diligence, entitlement processing, deal structuring, capital raising, strategizing for financial analysis and exit of investments, and financing and coordination with investors and lenders. Dominic Magliarditi garnered the bulk of his real estate development experience through a number of professional roles he held throughout his career. While practicing law, Dominic Magliarditi established DII Investments, Inc., where he first began to handle business investments and acquisitions spanning several industries. While working at DII Investments, Dominic Magliarditi demonstrated his adaptability and commitment to success by taking on positions at several other companies. Dominic Magliarditi first joined Gem Development Company, where he oversaw land acquisition, entitlement, financing, and sales as Principal and General Counsel. After five years with Gem Development, Dominic Magliarditi took a role with Payment Resources International, where, as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, he played a key role in driving the company from a start-up to a sustainable, sellable company. Dominic Magliarditi laid the foundation for his professional success as a student at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dedicated to his studies, Dominic Magliarditi graduated summa cum laude with his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting. Dominic Magliarditi went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and then to earn his Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. Dominic Magliarditi currently resides in Newport Beach, California. In his limited spare time, Dominic Magliarditi enjoys playing golf and hockey.
