I specialize in first time homebuyers. I spend the time it takes for them to understand the process. I also have knowledge of 450+ programs to find the right program for them from zero money down to below market value interest rates. After the right program is found for the borrower its all about the packaging. The packaging is everything in today’s market. I apply my previous experience as a Level 3 Underwriter/Processor to answer the questions underwriting may have before they ask it. This technique allows me to provide my clients with a consistent 21 day closing.
I am a Mortgage Planner, Problem Solver and I handle all loans from the First time homebuyer to investors and all in between. I have found my home with imortgage. They aid me in providing better service for my clients. With being a correspondent lender for 10 investors, I have the flexibility of a broker with the customer service of a direct lender. My clients have never been happier.
I am Certified for FHA, VA, CalPERS, CalSTRS, OC Housing type loans. I am also certified for Riverside County and LA Counties Down Payment assistance programs along with CalHFA programs. I am connected to SOC Chambers of Commerce, Lake Forest Board of Directors, Nutts for Mutts, Governmental Affairs Committee, and Homes for Heroes to name a few.
I will say that my first priority is spending time with my family. Then comes taking care of my clients needs. Somewhere in there I manage to squeeze in golf and desert racing.
