Profile
| Sultry and strikingly voluptuous, even by traditional modeling standards, Jessica Asher gained notoriety as a model after posing for a spread in Vivi Magazine. Asher landed the assignment after being scouted by manager Ludwig Von Schlezinger of Germany’s Mega Model Agency in 1994. At age 14, Jessica Asher was already posing for photo shoots with leading national fashion magazines. In 1995, Jessica Asher traveled to Japan to work for the Japanese publication, Vivi Magazine. With the perfect look for the magazine’s summer swimsuit issue, Jessica Asher began to attract international recognition. Jessica Asher further expanded her modeling talents with a foray into acting, making appearances in a series of German commercials for food product makers Deutsche Extrakt Kaffee and Kuhne Mustard, as well as the automotive brand BMW. Soon after, Jessica Asher was asked by couture designer Lacey Lachienne to model her swimwear line, launching Jessica’s name and face to new heights. That same year, Jessica Asher enrolled into Germany’s Universitat Kassel to pursue a degree in communications. A devoted student and dedicated member of the university community, Jessica Asher put her studies on hold to pursue her growing career in modeling. Subsequent to her freshman year, Jessica Asher relocated to Huntington Beach, California, to showcase designs from leading fashion and brand names. Within the first few months of her move, Jessica Asher joined the nation’s second oldest teen magazine, YM, as the publication’s in-house model. For four years until the magazine’s cease in publication, Jessica Asher served as one of the most sought after models for its myriad of fashion, beauty, and narrative stories. In addition to her work with YM, Jessica Asher acquired a job with St. Pauli Girl to appear in several commercials. Jessica Asher also obtained minor acting roles in high-grossing Hollywood movies. Today, Jessica Asher serves as an international Recruiter, Agent, and Runway Coach in Los Angeles, California. She is married to Canadian photographer Jean-Luc Biendon.
