Profile
A gifted administrator and executive, Dr. Molly Hall possesses 30 years of experience in psychology, psychiatry, and public health. Now the Chief Academic Officer at Premier Health Partners, Dr. Molly Hall is also Associate Dean and full Professor at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Molly Hall attended Yale for her undergraduate work, then received her medical degree at Cornell. A celebrated career in service to the United States Air Force followed Dr. Molly Hall’s residency at New York Hospital. After receiving her board certification, Dr. Molly Hall went on to serve as a faculty member at Wright State University while working as Director of Air Force residency programs in psychiatry and as Chief in outpatient mental health at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. A number of other professorial appointments and demanding administrative roles followed for Dr. Molly Hall. At Andrews Air Force Base’s Malcolm Grow Medical Center, Dr. Molly Hall was Clinical Department Chair for three years. After spending three years as a Clinical Consultant in psychiatry to the U.S. Air Force Surgeon General, Dr. Molly Hall moved on to become the Director of Air Force Medical Consultants, where her responsibilities included overseeing Air Force-wide clinical quality management, the supervision of clinical performance improvement programs, and the management of 15 other full-time clinician consultants in a variety of specialty fields. Dr. Molly Hall’s other faculty posts include Associate Professor and Assistant Chair in the Department of Psychiatry at the Uniformed Service University in Bethesda, Maryland; Dean of Graduate Medical Education for the Air Force; and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Molly Hall maintains professional affiliations with the National Board of Medical Examiners, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education, and the National Resident Matching Program, all of which assist her in her role as Chief Academic Officer at Premier Health Partners. A number of publications on the psychological effects of terrorism, bioterrorism, weapons of mass destruction, and other highly relevant issues also reflect Dr. Molly Hall’s dedication to her field.
