"I worked out with Shawn for 8 weeks and I've lost 13 pounds and several inches. Everyday I worked out I didn't know what to expect. He always keeps it very versatile, you will never get bored working out at get fine fitness. I've never had a personal trainer before and this was the best workout experience ever. It really beats working out at a gym by yourself!"
