| Joe Loiacano has set lofty goals and achieved them with gusto throughout his life. After graduating high school, Joe Loiacano accomplished the first of many dreams when he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Joe Loiacano attended boot camp at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot in Parris Island, South Carolina. From boot camp, he went to the School of Infantry. Joe Loiacano was eventually assigned to the 1st Marine Division, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, Special Operations Capable at the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton near Oceanside, California. With the Marines, Joe Loiacano traveled around the world with his helicopter unit, participated in “Operation Southern Watch” in the Persian Gulf, and trained and fought on the Marine Corps boxing team. In 2004, Joe Loiacano fulfilled another goal of his to spend a night on the streets of Los Angeles. For nearly 10 hours, Joe Loiacano lived on and explored San Julian Street, one of the city’s most homeless-populated neighborhoods. After he befriended and learned from a resident of the Skid Row, Joe Loiacano proved his adaptability to a new environment by portraying a destitute inhabitant to blend in and seeking out safe housing for the night. When he is not working toward attaining his lifelong goals, Joe Loiacano enjoys a variety of extreme sports, including skydiving and bungee jumping. A graduate of the Foothill Fire Academy in La Verne, California, Joe Loiacano worked as an emergency medical technician and firefighter in Los Angeles County. By 2007, Joe Loiacano was ready to undertake a new objective. After reading the Timothy Ferriss how-to guide “The 4-Hour Workweek,” Joe Loiacano determined that offshore outsourcing was the direction to go. Traveling to Manila, Philippines, Joe Loiacano learned everything he could on international business and outsourcing during his trip abroad. Today, Joe Loiacano is the Founder of Real Estate Outsourcing and the President of SBO Outsourcing, a small business outsourcing consultancy. Joe Loiacano’s success in the industry has led to the global expansion of several US-based corporations. By starting from scratch and developing an entire outsourcing schema for a company, Joe Loiacano is able to create a profitable business development plan through the retention of core in-house positions and the outsourcing of non-core jobs. Joe Loiacano has experience working in various countries, including Canada, Hungary, India, and China.
