With over 20 years of expertise in the Midwestern United States' architecture sector, including careers with the successful full-service architectural firms Frederick Phillips & Associates and Lisec & Biederman, Ltd., Ronald Piekarz has designed and constructed dozens of properties in Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.
After high school, Ronald Piekarz acquired several years of university experience, gaining architectural knowledge from Arizona State University, the University of Minnesota, and the People's Republic of China Tianjin University School of Architecture. During his academic career, Ronald Piekarz concentrated specifically on architectural creative problem solving, aiding in the 1982 publishing of the work, Housing China's Future: a metropolitan study and completing a thesis on urban housing.
Expanding his knack for architecture, Ronald Piekarz developed extensive experience with two renowned architectural firms. Focused on high- and low-rise residential properties, office buildings, theaters, banks, hotels, retail stores, and private clubs, Mr. Piekarz participated in several award-winning projects, as well as the design and construction of over 1,200 housing units.
Ronald Piekarz currently owns and manages Piekarz Associates P.C., a full-service architectural firm formerly known as R. Piekarz & Company. Established in 1987, Piekarz Associates takes pride in its capacity to execute a wide variety of projects with extreme precision. Utilizing his wide range of architectural skills, Ronald Piekarz carries out several design tasks while maintaining responsibility for clients, production personnel, and engineering consultants.
Ronald Piekarz demonstrates his architectural proficiency on all current Chicago construction projects, including Summit Senior Housing, Riverdale Senior Residences, and Park Manor Christian Church.
Mr. Piekarz is an affiliate of the leading professional membership association for licensed architects and a certified member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Remaining active in his community, Ronald Piekarz supports the Boys Town of Chicago, a nonprofit organization dedicated to caring for children and families. Ronald Piekarz also exudes a passion for horseback riding and fly fishing.
