Sky Development is a development and investment firm located in Aventura, Florida. Originally named Skyrise Development Group, the company has been working since 2006 in the field of buying, remodeling, developing and financing of business properties and multi-family residential buildings. From a mere $3 million initial business investment, the company quickly grew into a thriving multi-million dollar organization.
Visionary Leadership
Founder and CEO of Sky Development, Yizhak Toledano, credits the company's success in a niche market to his keen visionary sense, by which he can foresee where the markets are developing and flourishing in order to lead the company into new profitable arenas. Through his careful calculations and skillful management, he targets new markets early and gets out at the right time to delve into new ventures. He relies on his innate sense of timing to know when to buy and when to turn properties over in order to reinvest the funds in new projects.
Award Winning Projects
Chief Executive Officer of Sky Development, Yizhak Toledano, received the Visionary Development Award in 2007 for his innovative mixed-use community property in Aventura. The first of its kind in the region, City Park Aventura is a project consisting of 104 units that are designed as a modern living and working community by a well-known Spanish architect. The concept is based on the live, work and play style of living that allows residents to stay close to home. Other Sky Development projects include Villas at Palma Bella, a townhome community in Palm Bay, and Skycity Orlando, creating a mixed-use center in Orlando's downtown area. The $300 million development project includes Sky Tower I for office properties and Sky Tower II with a hotel, 120 luxury living units and retail space on the ground floor. In addition, Sky Development Inc bought 15½ acre Greenway Plaza and plans to build 7,000 residences aimed at boosting the local retail businesses.
