"I ordered 4 Stephanie 56x84 panels with attached valances. Due to the pattern, there was a longer processing time. I must say, initially I was very disappointed in the delay, but Marcia has excellent customer service skills; and she assured me that I would not be disappointed when the panels arrived. "I recently purchased Rembrandt macrame lace from Olde Worlde Lace & was very pleased with the speed with which I received the lace, however I soon noticed that I was 1 foot short from what I ordered. I spoke with Marcia & she apologized & said she would send me another order. Within one week I received the new order at their expense & with a post paid envelope to return the deficient order. "I purchased 12" lace valances for my kitchen from Olde Worlde Lace. I had been looking at many Internet sites and hadn't found what I wanted. I had also had trouble finding 12" lengths, as most valances are 14" or 16". I liked that I could order by the yard, instead of a set, finished width. My order arrived in four days, and had a surprise lace doily included. The valances look great in my windows and I'm very happy with my order.
