As the 2005-2006 President of the Arizona State Dental Hygiene Association I commissioned Raquel Bell to design our new website. She totally amazed us with how fast she picked up on what we wanted. I do not think we were her easiest clients but she came through fantastically. Sometimes we were somewhat vague as to what we needed or wanted and she exceeded our expectations by coming up with something far better than what we had envisioned.
Raquel was recommended to us and we couldn't be happier with the results of her hard work. She was so generous with her time and her expertise was evident from the beginning.
I definately give her an excellent rating and wish there was an even higher rating. She is in a class by herself.
If you are looking to design a website or redesign an existing website Raquel is the person for the job.
