What a breath of fresh air! My prior account was a Tax Attourney and a genius but he had no humanity. Along with the genius came an attitude of superiority. I usually received a very high return but never felt at ease with it. Mario on the other hand treated me with dignity and respect. Although I was to receive precious little back on my return I knew the return was honest and straightforward and I left the office less burdened. I also left with good advice to help me in being better prepared for this years return. In addition to Mario, all of the staff at SmartServe Solutions are courteous, respectful and professional. I am very pleased to highly recommend Mario and SmartServe to anyone.
