I bought a watch through these guys and they sent out the wrong one. I returned it after they offered to pay for postage and I am still waiting for my correct watch. After a month of not returned phone call and emails I have had enough! DO NOT BUY THROUGH THIS COMPANY-YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT!!!

EDIT: 16/05/08 I started a complaint through PAYPAL and received a refund from HB Watches within a week!
