I have know Rich Bohn as a neighbor and friend for 20 years. He and I have served on boards in our community association. Rich has brought an extraordinary command of complex issues to the table. He has demonstrated an ability to quickly reduce nebulous and fractious group discussions to definitive, understandable and simplified conclusions without which decisions are difficult to make. Rich's decisiveness comes from "knowing his stuff". His home library has perhaps a thousand books. Rich has shown himself to be the person in the neighborhood who knows what is going on and will always stop to talk with anyone. It is remarkable that Rich has a personal dialogue with nearly two dozen young relatives and others who's well being is important to him. That's a caring people person if ever there was one.
