Mr. Pelman is not interested in wasting your time, nor should you waste his. He is perfectly willing to give advice, and share his views about his craft and clothing. He is not interested in pandering to customers who desire the usual fare that could be found at any department store. He is not for those who aren't willing to listen, as he is not afraid to speak his mind.
I went in for a short consultation and he was able to point out how his services could make a difference. Beyond that, he invited me back when I was ready to chose something, and put together a package.
