A.B.S. is, without a doubt, one of the best customer service companies that I have had the pleasure to use. From my initial request for a quote to the moment they walked out my front door, I experienced professionalism was unequivicable. Phone calls were prompt, explainationof price and service was clear and precise, service was prompt, price was great, employees were curtious and mindful of other furniture and flooring in my house. The only thing disappointing is that they don't do appliance repairs =^)
I would, and will, gladly refer anyone that has billiard or pool table needs to Paul and American Billiard Services. PS. This was our second time having our pool table moved ... the first company sent two very young men that needed to learn courtesy and consideration for the home of others as well as better topic of conversation.
