I made a payment 3 days late for the first time and called to ask a question about getting the late fee to them in time. I asked a question about the letter I received because I thought it was very harsh. The receptionist said "you don't understand we have to pay our monitoring service ahead of time". I said I did because I run a business too. She then told me to "F" off. The owner called me several times later that day to clarify what happened but never made his receptionist apologize. (She said she thought I hung up on her. ) He also still asked that I send the $15.00 late fee in if I wanted to continue service.
