My mother sent me some of these noodles to use in my beef, and chicken noodle soups. I joke that since she past I no longer have my SOURCE for NEVAS NOODLES. They are the best kept secret in cooking. Not the thick noodle you couldnt get down, or the thin noodles that try and pass for thick home made noodles. The PERFECT noodle only your 90 something grandma would make and hang over the chair to dry, giving it the perfect texture.
