worst customer service in the nation of united states. This man thinks he's doing his customers a favor. And once you make a request/changes, be sure to follow up, keep the number handy as you may need to call and remind them twice every day for a month. (if they'll pick your phone - they avoid calls from customers who want service). Nobody is professional over there - don't think they have customer service education if any. Keep off this place
