We had an emergency on a weekend a few months ago. It was really cold and Garvin's was the only one out of all the places we called in the phone book that actually came out - and they did NOT even charge us extra for coming out on a Sunday! From the time we called to the time he was finished the job, it was less than 2 hours!!!! We will only call them from now on. 2 of the many other companies we called who shall remain nameless, finally called back on Monday and Tuesday and they were going to charge us more than what Garvin's did on a SUNDAY!!!! The Rooter guy never has called us back!!
