I have never met a person like Dan Martin of Shanner Homes.... Everyone I knew said he was great, unfortunately he is not the man nor builder that he used to be!!!! He was supposed to build me and my family our dream house. What we got was a mess!!!!! He could not have cared about anything other than money. Everything Dan Martin of Shanner Homes touched was wrong, When I questioned him on some expenses and projected costs to complete he had no clue what he was doing!!!!!! I wish I had never met Dan Martin of Shanner Homes!!!! If you are considering building with Dan Martin, do yourself and your wallet a favor and run the other way!!!!! Don't get involved with this man, he is Bad News!!!!!
