@ tia burl if u aint about the dumbest person ever. you're telling me that you'd rather coexist with pest that can potentially kill because the people in the rental office are ''nice''. I have to simply say that you're truly stupid. I have lived there for 6 yrs, not because I wanted to, more like there or a shelter. You dont even understand the latitude of the situation, to say if the people were a litle cleaner. First and foremost, maybe a small portion of that may be exactly right, however, this property has been there since the early 70's and like everything else of time apartments that are not well maintained by both owner and resident started to take wear. The employees in the rental office can care less about their tenants as long as you are in contact with DCRA. and getting their pay check. Forest just doesnt have a mice problem, bed bugs, mold, ants roaches all are apart of their infestation. it hard to speak to someone when needed, their phone lines are always always down. as a matter of factly their phone was turned off last summer do to non payment. doesnt matter if or not your place is clean how dear you speak so freely without fact. these people are clearly grimey and will try to take atvandage of anybody they see coming, with sam written on their forhead. and its obvious that u do. in addition to that, I really hope that you, the people that has left comments really dont think that the people are that dumb to not know that this is cleary someone's opinion from the rental office!!! smile i gotcha!
