I spent a week calling every day to have my measages ignord. I was told every day that the person i was looking for was not in and no information was given as to when he may return. when they finaly said he was in they transfered me to his phone at which point he left me on hold for 10 minutes before I was disconected... when I called back thay said he had left his office. enough said.
