I just called to check to see if my flowers made it in time for my best friend's mother's funeral and if not, if they would still be given to the family. Immediately, the man who answered the phone took a very belligerent tone of voice with me saying he didn't know anything about flowers and that he didn't understand what I was trying to ask. I then asked if he could transfer me to the person who handled the flower deliveries, and then he yelled at me saying that he didn't know anything about flowers and that the service was over. I am appalled at the lack of respect this man showed me, and I can only hope that my friend and her family did not have to deal with this type of attitude on what is perhaps the worst day in her life. You would think that a mortuary would have encountered this simple question before and would have a process for accepting flower deliveries for their customers. Just awful...
